Here at Dance Express, we provide a diverse selection of dance classes for everyone, from toddlers aged 3 to seniors of 83.

Our offerings include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre.

We create a warm, family-like atmosphere built on strong values. Our aim is to help students develop as individuals and offer them an open, encouraging, safe space where they can express themselves creatively without fear of judgment.

We recognise and value the unique qualities of each individual, ensuring that everyone within our studio feels respected and supported, regardless of their progress or training requirements. Our diverse range of offerings is designed to enable all students to explore their creativity and reach their fullest potential.​

Dance training helps students build self-confidence, improve coordination, strength, and flexibility, and form friendships in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

We have examinations in Jazz, Hip Hop, and Contemporary dance up to the Diploma level through NZAMD.

Furthermore, each year we recognise our students' achievements with an annual recital that features a distinctive theme.

We offer exceptional opportunities for students to develop their skills as assistant teachers and, following comprehensive training, to teach dance independently at Dance Express.​

​

We also have a range of adult beginner classes available, including tap, ballet, and our Jazzy Fitness program.

It's never too late to pick up a new dance style. Engaging in these classes offers significant advantages for both physical health and mental well-being.

Whether you are just beginning or aiming to perfect advanced skills, our classes provide focused attention and support to every dancer. Our studios are designed to offer an engaging experience for everyone. Parents are welcome to bring siblings, who may utilise the designated play area, read quietly, or engage in computer activities.
